You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jiliprk login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliprk will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jiliprk support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
jiliprk may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.
jiliprk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Instapay. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliprk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliprk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiliprk platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
jiliprk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiliprk account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiliprk does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use jiliprk at your own risk.
jiliprk collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
